Authenticator to get into NCEdCloud.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all staff accessing NCEdCloud to enhance security and protect sensitive information. Please note that this does not apply to students. The step-by-step instructions are listed below, and it is important that you become familiar with this process. Please watch the short video below, which explains what you can expect when MFA is enabled. MFA requires you to verify your identity using a secondary method in addition to your password.
Please note that DPS IT is only able to assist with resetting NCEdCloud passwords, TOTP (Multi-Factor Authentication), and challenge questions.
