This software can only be used for Touchview Interactive Displays
EShare is a district software that is automatically uploaded on devices. If you do not see the EShare software please submit an IT support ticket. This guide works for staff devices, as well as student chromebooks.
When you first open the software, it will ask you to provide a name that will display when connected to the interactive display.
Please make sure your device and interactive display is on a DPS network. By default, the interactive displays are on the Brightlink network, and all staff devices are on the Workstation network.
Both devices do not need to be on the same network, just as long as they are connected to a DPS network.
Because the interactive displays are not connected to the workstation network, the interactive display will not show up automatically in the search bar. You will need to manually enter the IP Address that is on the interactive display to connect.
On the Interactive display, from the home page , select the app folder. Once you have selected it, more applications will show you and you will need to click on the EShare software.
In EShare you will see the IP Address. This IP address will be used to connect to the Interactive display. The DPS network is set up to produce dynamic IP addresses. This means that at any point the IP address may change.
EShare is set up so that it remembers recently used IP addresses.
Enter the IP Address that is displayed under the device name on the interactive panel.
Once connected, some interactive displays may require a passcode. The passcode will be displayed on the interactive display.
Users will be given two options: share screen and tv mirror
Share screen - Takes the content from the users screen and displays it on the interactive display. This option is good for teachers wanting to display instructional content wirelessly.
Tv mirror - Takes the content from the interactive display and displays it on the user's device. This option is good for students wanting to view content without having to be near the interactive display.
Users will need to select the option they would like to use. Please know that anytime this program is closed and or the device is put to sleep, this program will disconnect and the user will need to complete these steps again.
Multiple client device screens can be shared to the receiver at the same time, and the
receiver screen will be split automatically.

devices in the display group be synchronized to display
Disable: Disable the display group feature.
